By accessing this website and booking services with DTS Lux Transport, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking reference is issued upon submission; your reservation is confirmed once acknowledged by DTS Lux Transport.

2. Pricing

Rental prices are displayed per day and transport pricing is provided on confirmation. Any estimated totals are indicative; final pricing is confirmed by our team and may vary based on route, duration and additional requests.

3. Cancellations & Changes

You may amend or cancel a booking by contacting us in advance. We aim to offer flexible, fair cancellation terms; significant last-minute changes may be subject to a fee.

4. Conduct & Vehicle Use

Passengers and renters are expected to treat our vehicles with care. Smoking is not permitted. Any damage caused beyond reasonable wear may be chargeable.

5. Liability

While we strive for punctuality, DTS Lux Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control. We maintain full insurance on all vehicles.

6. Driver Services

Professional drivers are assigned based on availability. We reserve the right to substitute drivers and vehicles of equivalent standard when necessary.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
